When applying online, make sure you do the following:



The mobile number registered in the application should be that of the applicant.

 Those who are eligible for reservation or other benefits can fill in the application form after obtaining the eligibility certificate from the concerned office to avoid giving false information in the application.  Original certificates must be produced at the time of admission.

 It is sufficient for the applicant to submit only one application at the state level for admission

 When the application is submitted online, after the mobile OTP verification, you will get the link to pay the application fee.  Those who are unable to pay the fee can then re-open the application via the Modify Diploma Application link on the home page of the website www.polyadmission.org and get the link to pay the fee again when they reach the last page.  The printout of the application can be taken only after paying the fee.

 As there is no need to upload any documents related to the information in the application, the rank list will be prepared based on the information you provide in the application.  Special care should be taken not to make mistakes in the application

 Giving false information in the application will result in loss of claim as an applicant.  The Department of Technical Education shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused to the applicant if the application is rejected on false or incomplete grounds.

The  application  fee  shall  be  Rs.  150/-.  (For  scheduled  Caste/Scheduled  Tribe candidates,  it  shall  be  Rs.  75/-).    It  should  be  remitted  online  while  submitting  the application.
